1.Dogs can be accepted in most lodges and cottages at £15 each per week.

2. Please note that all our accommodation is now non smoking.

3. Electricity in Solway and the lodges is charged by meter reading; all the cottages have a £1 coin meter.

4.Short breaks (up to 4 nights) are charged at approx. 2/3 of the weekly price.

Terms and Conditions

We welcome bookings for long and short breaks and, although most holidays begin on Saturday, alternative start days may be available by arrangement. It is best to telephone first to discuss your requirements and make a provisional booking. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per unit per week or part week is required at the time of booking, and the balance is payable six weeks before the holiday date.

We will confirm your booking in writing and send travel directions.

Your accommodation will be ready from 4pm. Please vacate by 10am at the end of your stay. On departure, the accommodation should be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Dog owners are asked not to leave their pets unattended on the site.

Cancellation

If unforeseen circumstances mean you have to cancel your holiday within six weeks of the start, then the full cost is payable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We recommend holiday insurance cover; please ask at the time of booking.
